The Epicenter Member Survey 2023 results are in!
At Epicenter Helsinki, we conducted a member survey during the fall of 2023, to better understand what our members think of our service, facilities, and the experience overall. We are always keen to receive feedback from out members to improve the Epicenter experience even further.
43 members responded, and here are the highlights of the answers and comments.
Our members are overall content and would recommend Epicenter to friends and colleagues.
Obviously, we love having our members in here. And it seems that they love us as much as we love them.
Our members say that the building is clean, well maintained and fresh. Kudos to our cleaning crew Hype Cleaning!
It’s equally important to feed your brain and body, and it seems that our members also like to grab lunch at Xaviér.
As per our members requests, for 2024 we’ll be adding fresh new menu items, include more vegetarian options.
We notice that not everyone was happy with the current situation we meeting rooms. We get it – lots of dirty calls nowadays.
But worry you not! After hearing this, we’ve added six new phone booths in the floors 2 to 4. In total, there are now in total 18 booths across floors 1 to 4.
