Join us at Future Workspace 2022 Report Launch

Did you know that only 2% of knowledge workers in Finland feel they are currently working in a perfect workspace? And that 81% of workers would consider turning down a job offer if the workspace didn’t fulfill their expectations?

We wanted to improve our understanding of what employees and companies think about the physical workspace and what role it plays in their motivation, productivity, and well-being. To untangle these questions, we conducted a survey of over 1000 office workers near the City of Helsinki and four deep interviews with decision-makers that are constantly facing these questions. To share the results, we will launch the Future Workspace 2022 report on November 23rd at Epicenter Lounge.

Join us at Future Workspace 2022 Report Launch to find out:

  • What strategic challenges are company leaders facing when it comes to the workspace’s role in business growth?
  • How does the workspace fit into the bigger conversation of social interaction, innovation, and talent acquisition?
  • What should the modern workspace be like to fuel growth?

On stage we’ll have experts on workspace and talent attraction, and company representatives that participated in the interviews:

💬 Timo Lehtimäki, CEO, State Security Networks
💬 Marko Rissanen, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, DNA
💬Hanna Kontinen, Head of Talent & Culture, Brella
💬Anne Tulonen-Ruikka, Studio Operations Manager, Huuuge Games
💬 Kristian Nieminen, Country Manager, Epicenter Helsinki
💬 Our host Joey Bayer, Community Manager, Epicenter Helsinki

This event is free and open to everyone.
