Stress is a much used and abused term these days – you frequently hear people say “I’m stressed”, but what does it mean, physically and mentally?
Balancing between working life and free time is not an easy thing. We need good eustress to function and learn new things, but we also need to know how to tackle the negative distress. Media plays its own part. We are flooded with rules and guidelines on how to be more efficient and live a happy and healthy superhuman stay-at-home career orientated gluten-free life at the same time.
This workshop will give you thoughts and tools on how to find a suitable balance for you.
Your trainer for the workshop is phonetician and Harvard graduated former competitive athlete high school drop-out ventriloquist Minttu Ripatti. Minttu started working at the age of 13 and has been working ever since. She has gained successful interactions with others in air and sea transport, retail and the restaurant business, finance, communications and health care. She is known for her skills in ventriloquism. What she actually wants to tell you are the facts behind the two burn-outs she has suffered in the past 20 years and how she recovered from them – jump on board!
