Join us and get hands on help solving your most wicked product related challenges. Bring your most hairy problems to the masterclass and let the experienced consultants from Citerus help you . We will crunch all problems together to accelerate your product and business development.

Examples of problems to bring to the workshop are:
● How can we launch our product faster?
● Why is our churn too high and how do we make my customers more loyal?
● What is the right revenue model for our product?
● What feature should we put first on our product backlog?
● We have an idea. How do I ensure problem solution fit before spending money on
development?

After a short theory session and lunch we break out into small groups where we crunch all our
problems together. Before you leave, you identify the most important stuff you need to take your
business or product to the next level.
