On September 27th, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself better, from the inside.
– During the day, book your body measurement (about 10mn session) at Epicenter Stockholm.
– In the evening, at 7 p.m., you will then have the opportunity to participate in a live lecture on Zoom, where you will be helped to interpret your values and ask questions to Ewa Meurk, Health Specialist.
You will receive a link to the lecture when you register. The lecture is recorded and everyone who registered gets a link afterward with the recorded lecture. Payment is made on the spot with Swish or with a debit card (the amount is reserved only) when you book. **Please note that bookings are only open on September 27.

The test provides standard data like percent body fat, skeletal muscle mass, and BMR (basal metabolic rate). It will also provide you insights into your visceral fat area, whole body phase angle, and reactance.
