A unique tool helping companies connect their marketing campaigns to Swish for better conversions

The retail experience is changing and will continue to change, but there is one thing we can now be sure of: People are always going to shop. And as new challenges present for retailers, opportunities also do.

Technology has become an integral part of the retail experience and retailers can not ignore that. They must, instead, meet their customers where they are.

Whether it is to save their customers’ time or to offer unique experiences, retailers are incorporating technology to improve customer experience and proactively speed up the shopping process.

Creating a unique experience between leads and conversion

Adoveo helps companies create sales-optimized marketing campaigns in their own Saas platform. With a unique plug-in, different companies can connect campaigns to Swish to increase conversions and minimize the steps between interest and purchase.

“Equipped with smart interactive campaign formats for conversions and leads, we are the bridge between leads and conversion for nonprofit, Retail, Online, and FMCG” introduced Lovisa Wachtmeister Bååth, CEO, of Adoveo.

Go quickly from idea to launching your campaign

In the past year, Adoveo has multiplied its customer base and created campaigns for major brands such as Save the Children, Cancer Foundation, WWF, Pressbyrån, 7-eleven, Cervera, and Almondy. The secret to this is a  unique plug-in that enables consumers to swish products to each other, donate money to non-profit organizations or buy a product in a digital pop-up shop in one click.

Last fall, 25,000 cinnamon buns were swished in less than a week, and in a current campaign with Barebells, consumers can swish energy to a friend, while a current campaign with Bonnier Tidskrifter enables readers to swish a magazine to a friend.

We are agile and quick in testing new services and together with our clients breaking new ground. We create the possibility for cross collaborations between different industries” adds Lovisa.

“If you can’t beat them, join them”

When retail changes as quickly as it does, it’s more important than ever to constantly innovate and look for the next opportunity. One way to do that is through brand partnerships. It offers retailers an opportunity to stay ahead of the competition by befriending it – to create a one-of-a-kind enriched customer experience. “If you can’t beat them, join them” a 1930 old political adage seems to be more accurate than ever in today’s and tomorrow’s retail scene.

For Lovisa and her team at Adoveo, the future lies in what cross-collaborations can bring, not only within the same industry but going beyond and learning from others as well. Staying relevant to customers will rely on the following “Always be on our toes and be willing to try out new things. Everything has to be quick and have a great AI.”

Finding their unique space for innovative people and brands

When it comes to collaborations and cross-industry communities, Stockholm has always been ahead of the game. However, in the future of workspace, it became harder to find the right space to gather creativity and innovation to bring those ideas to life.

Epicenter Store has an experimental hub designed for retailers only, enabling that. When exploring and experimenting with the future of retail, the space combines the right know-how with the right know-how within the retail industry in the right environment.

“This is the best office place in Stockholm. The most innovative people and brands are at the same spot.” shares Lovisa, with enthusiasm.

Next? Growing through collaborations and partnerships

As far as collaborations are concerned, Adoveo hosted an event at the end of October, in co-creation and collaboration with Store members as well as other big players in the industry; part of their clients. Sponsored by Salesforce, we had on stage Ica & Cancerfonden, Reitan Convenience & Triumf Glass, and Kronans Apotek & Charlotte Kalla. Lovisa qualifies it as ‘our WOW event’! This concept is just the very first version of what we expect to be a long series of co-created retail events at Epicenter Store.

On a journey to creating the most innovative customer journeys, Adoveo’s future is focused on its clients. “We are growing with our clients within the Nordics and have just signed a Nordic agreement with partnerships within Non-profit, FMCG, Online, and Retail.”
