Startups are driven by entrepreneurs with specialty skills within their fields. Entrepreneurs often have an idea to disrupt certain sectors within society and are fully focused on their core business. But how can ramping up be helped by an outside perspective and new competence that is still not involved in day-to-day execution? Why is an external board of value and how can startups take advantage of one to accelerate scaling? And: What can they learn from Elizabeth Holmes and John F. Kennedy?
Join Epicenter Member Nisha Besara, with long experience working on boards, for an inspiring session about the most common mistakes when forming a board for your company and how to avoid them.
