With that said, bring your party mode, and put on your best fitness gear to participate in the most colorful training session in our venue, which used to be a real nightclub (The White Room) back in the day.

After our 45 minutes session, the party continues as we flip the event into an “after work-out” with healthy snacks, energy bars and refreshing beverages from GOOD IDEA.
