Joanna Swica is a writer, co-founder of the community Friendcation, and a well known health professional with an active career in health and fitness. She is a runner, finalist in the Swedish equivalent to “Survivor” 2021 and a well known name in social media.

Joanna shares her inspiration on self-leadership, motivation, fitness & health. Her presentations focus on the art of saying no and to have the guts to be uncomfortable on the journey towards a stronger life.Today, Joanna works with companies such as Microsoft, Samsung and Kia Motors and is sponsored by Salomon.

With her personal experience from actively competing in running – and her professional role as a certified nutritional- & health consultant and running coach – she has a wide and deep knowledge about the health & fitness industry.

In 2019 she received “Årets Guldhjärta” (The Golden Heart of the Year award) and has worked with Musikhjälpen and Barncancerfonden where she ran for 12 hours straight and used a crosstrainer for 18 hours.
