Using technology & new insights to effectivize the way we take care of our bodies and improve quality of life.
Join us for our second theme of the Epicenter Health and MedTech Innovations Days – Body Evolution. A moderated breakfast talk with a keynote speaker and a panel discussion with industry leaders.
Digital solutions and technology aside – taking care of, and moving, our bodies remains a core part of a healthy lifestyle. It releases endorphins, reduces stress and improves cognitive abilities. But how are we changing the way we move and care for our bodies in light of the digital age?
Exercise tracking devices, health apps, nutrition supplements, and other technological innovations have the potential to effectivize and enhance our physical performance. From helping a hobby runner improve their lap time, to motivate and mobilize a senior suffering from dementia, technology can help us significantly improve our quality of life.
