Meet our team:
Joey Bayer, Event Producer
Joey has 17 years of experience in Event Sales and Management from NYC where he among other things led a team of 50 at a Two Michelin Star restaurant. He’s enjoying the mix of nature and urban spaces here, but really fell in love with Finland because of berliininmunkki.

Nina Kainulainen, Marketing Manager
Nina has a communications & marketing background of over 18 years. Her goal is to understand the ever-changing market needs advancing Epicenter’s concept where a community for likeminded people cooperate. She’s motivated to hear Epicenter member’s innovative ideas, feedback and suggestions in building a tight community inside the house.

Ellen Bjerkehag, Head of Community
Ellen has built a network for female entrepreneurs across 27 cities globally and is a true connector. She is our in-house moderator for our large summits and theme weeks. Ellen was also an Epicenter member before she joined the team in 2020.
