How the session will be run:
We will start at 10:30am sharp. Please feel free to come from 10am, grab a coffee and say hi :)
It will be a small, hands-on workshop at Epicenter, limited to around 20 people, designed to be practical rather than theoretical.
Please bring your laptop, you’ll be working throughout.
We’ll start by breaking down some of the most common positioning mistakes companies make.
From there, I’ll walk you through a clear positioning framework and we’ll build your positioning in real time. Together, we’ll work through:
- Your product category
- Your core use case
- Competitive alternatives
- The real customer problem you solve
- Your differentiated way of solving it
By the end, you’ll have a clear positioning statement you can actually use, not just notes.
We’ll also select one or two attendee websites and do a live teardown, showing how strong positioning translates directly into homepage messaging that makes sense to customers.
