Individual biochemistry for optimized performance.
To really take care of your health is a competitive advantage in today’s business climate. Like a professional athlete you need a strategy on how to manage your health as a part of managing your career.
There have been many health trends throughout the last years and it can be a jungle to navigate them. The truth is that there is only one truth – and that’s that lies within your own body. We all have a unique biochemistry and it is by understanding it and then building a strategy from it that will make us up our performance.
Join us for this Knowledge Session with Funmed and Health Engineer Ewa Meurk. In an academic way she will tell what our bodies need to function, what blood measures are the most important, why you should keep track of your blood measurements, and how you build your own health plan.
7.30 – 8.00: Measurement of blood sugar on an empty stomach, followed by breakfast.
8.00 – 8.45: Lecture on the most important heath markers.
8.45 – 9.00: New measurement of blood sugar after breakfast.
