In 2000, she founded  the Ergo;ego group, a company that specializes in delivering communication competencies to people in other lines of business. Since that start the team have delivered in more than 25 countries, for top ministers and CEO s as well as within talent development and Start ups, and Hanne just two years ago published her first book on the subject,”The Communication code».On their regular client list you find such companies as the U.N, Siemens and Deutsche Telekom.

• Didrik Dimmen was one of the founders behind FlowMotion; the student start-up that went from an idea to pre-selling for more than 80 million Norwegian kroner – and eventually went bankrupt. The company was mentioned in the press worldwide, won countless awards and was recognized as one of Norway’s most promising hardware startups. Didrik is an energetic and engaging speaker, who shares the story behind a completely unique entrepreneurial journey.
