Welcome to Epicenter Helsinki

Epicenter is open for members 24/7. You get your own key tag with a personal PIN code that gives access to the building during all hours. The code is in use with your key tag from 18.00 to 7.30 on regular business days and always on weekends and public holidays.

Epicenter holds floors -1–8. We all share the building and as a community the wellbeing and security is a shared responsibility of all members and staff.

We currently have 70 companies and over 600 individual members at Epicenter Helsinki.

If you wish to avoid using public transportation, there are still plenty of fun ways to get to Epicenter. Here are some optional means of commuting for you:

• Helsinki City Bike has several parking slots around Epicenter. Download the mobile application and get started!
• Electrical scooters can be parked on the street outside Epicenter, just make sure not to block the entrance or the emergency exits.
• Use your bike and park it in the bike parking in our cellar garage. Entrance from Yliopistonkatu 7.
• If you want to drive, there are several parking facilities close to Epicenter.
• Walk! We love walking, it’s the perfect time to listen to a new podcast or just call someone you haven’t talked to in a while!

You won’t be left hungry at Epicenter!

Our delicious restaurant & catering services are led by Arto Rastas. We have a member-exclusive lunch & catering restaurant Xaviér on the 1st floor. Lunch is served daily at 11-14 and the weekly menu will be sent to you via email.

The restaurant also holds a permit for serving alcohol in the building. It’s not permitted to bring and consume your own alcoholic beverages in the Epicenter building.

Right around the corner from us you’ll find the hottest spot for afterwork drinks, Bardem which is also open for public. Don’t forget to mention Epicenter and show your key tag when visiting them, you’ll get an amazing 20% off from the list price!

We love seeing your guests at Epicenter!

For everything to run smoothly, here’s how it works:
Visitors check in on iPads via check-in system Envoy. The visitor will enter the name of their host who will then receive a message notification. Members are required to pick up their guests downstairs.

Please note that outside service hours members are required to pick up their guests from the door.

You’ll find our Service Superstars on the 1st floor, next to the main entrance. The crew is here every regular weekday,
Mon-Fri at 8-17, welcoming you and your guests to the building.

In need of a private meeting room? We got you!

We have a variety of different types of conference rooms on floors 1-4. These are bookable through the website. You can request catering via the meeting room booking.  We also have a bunch of 30-minute adhoc rooms and phone booths for shorter meetings and personal calls.

We offer free WiFi connection (120Mbps) to all our members and visitors. The Wi-Fi network operates on the 5GHz band.

Our rescue plan covers all matters relevant to the safety of the building and the people inside it. We encourage everyone to read the rescue plan through and revise it regularly.

If you lock yourself out or need assistance outside Service Desk opening hours (every weekday 8–17) you can contact Securitas by calling 020 491 2600. Securitas will charge for the visit.
